Avionics shop came back after I provided the STC and I also talked to Precise Flight and both said it was not required.

So, the standby is coming out.

I spoke to Precise Flight and the electric brakes are exactly the same foot print so aside for the obvious wiring needed it does not need any modifications to the airplane. That always an option.
