I would like to recommend these guys in the strongest terms.  From an early willingness to diagnose my problem over the phone (a 20 minute conversation that resulted in their recommendation to change the CWS button - in other words, they talked me out of giving them some business) to addressing the problems with the flight computer when it turned out the problems were more fundamental than a faulty switch.  Everything they did was first rate.  I'm not sure how local shops can compete with them.  I know that I'll forever use them in lieu of a local shop unless it involves something that can't be shipped (like a bad servo).

I've got a KFC 200, by the way.  Now repaired. ($3,200 in cost including 15 hours of diagnostic and repair labor).

Rev. Roberte,

Preaching to the choir, many on this forum have had much the same experiences with their great customer service.

No entropy in Tulsa, well maybe a few earthquakes now and then.

I think giving free advice over the phone comes back to them in spades when those same people need a real repair done.

I run my consultancy the same way, I give out free advice and it almost always results in my eventually getting business out of it.
