I just ordered new window moldings.  Three pieces.  Mine have some cracks, are dis colored, and warped around the screw holes.  These should also look perfect against the new panels.  Right now the window moldings don't match the unpainted new panels.

So speaking of plastic replacements... I ordered a foot panel as well, and I'm just wondering what's the best type of paint to use on these plastic panels?

I bought some rattle-can paint (Rustoleum?), and it worked. I found Krylon (ordinary) worked just as well.
