I remember this plane at over $100K a few weeks ago.

That airplane has been for sale for at least a year if you are looking at the white '86. The pictures from a while back had it in aluminum and the repairs were more visible. I recall seeing another accident report with pictures where the tail was bent around towards the wing. It may have been Kathryn's report. It didn't look good. The fuselage will need a thorough inspection from behind the windows to the tail.

Do you pay property taxes or annual registration on your aircraft? It appears that we pay based on the county in which you live.

My son's allergic to dogs and I'm allergic to cats, before that's offered as an option. Must be bad genes. In all honesty, I think I may have met the owner a couple of years ago, but I don't remember. I'll trust Mimi's judgement for the owner. Maybe she likes dogs.

Compare a 260C to a stock Eagle. The C is a little slower, but carries a couple of hundreds more. I'd say given the 25 year gap, not bad.

I'm not an Ace, but I'll take it as TIC. I'm glad you flew it. My comment was more about how the market has moved than condemnation on your price. I didn't open you W&B, but where do you see an affordable opportunity to reclaim some of the useful load? Before you say it, no, I'm not pushing back from the table.

400 more hours since 2013 and the price went up 10K. Who said airplanes are money pits?

You should have some type of a noise filter. It may help if you replaced it. I had a similar problem on my Cherokee.
