I'd recommend an PSE PMA8000G, if you're gonna have it torn apart for an audio panel may as well go all the way to stereo. I absolutely love this audio panel in my M20E. The multiple bluetooth channels and the dimensional audio are amazing. I love picking up IFR clearances by just CALLING clearance delivery while i'm sitting at the end of a runway, easier than talking to them over the radio. also, i will deny it if you ever bring it up, the ability to mute everything but what you care about is invaluable. also, far as i can tell, the only diff between a pma450b and an PMA8000g is an lcd screen and price.

After 3 years, I finally decided to install the LASAR tail ring, expecting it would be better than using the winch on the single tiedown eye. drove to the airport, found my gloves and wrenches, pulled out a pad to lie on, dug out the lasar ring, and went to work installing. UNFORTUNATELY, the darn thing doesn't fit. i'm bummed! the holes are about 1/8 inch too close. cry

M20E here so not AS heavy, but def feels like it when pushing it about by hand. Def Not saying it's right, but I use a Harbor Freight winch to pull Birdy into the hangar. 3years and so far so good. Added a few bungess to blunt the jerking motion I've tried attaching at the nose gear, but this seems to be much harder on the winch -- difference in angle ?
