What is up with this 201?

Hello All

I am having a hard time meeting up with the potential partner in the '83 201 I asked about so I am staring to look at potential solo purchase.  I have looked at this one a couple of times on the web, price seems decent why is it not selling?  Been on the market 97 days

check it out. It might be the one for you. I would want to know the details on the engine major overhaul. If you are in NY, Jackson, Mi. is not very far. I am in NW Ohio. It is only about 30 min. from me.

Aircraft are not exactly a liquid asset. It can take a long time to find the right mix of aircraft, buyer and price. If you're after a J go look at it.  Be sure to read all of the archives about what to look for so you don't fall in love with it before you understand what kind of warts it can really have.
