Wow! Beautiful!!! Cost? Will they take yokes in by mail(from NJ)? What's their phone# ?

For where you are, consider Roberto's Aircraft Interiors at New Garden (N57).  He did my interior, including yokes.

The only caveat is I would NOT send him the yokes, I would take the plane there.  If your plane is not taking up space in his shop, he may push other work ahead of yours.  I am still waiting for 2 head rests. :)

Hector at Aero COmfort can make a custom cover for you as well. Mine were messed up when I sent my yokes in and he relaced them.

You can leave that off. Mine were sent in like that. Create a cover for it later in case you want to run wires for PTT etc…

Just spoke to my IA - he says that button is air, not electric. It used to rely on vacuum system, which I'm missing since my seller moved to all Garmin. This means - can't be really used for anything, so either have to leave it for show, or remove and cover w leather... Another option IA suggested - get another yoke like the passenger side I've got in this pair. Sounds like best approach to me - just need yet another yoke...

Really nice - thank you! Will they fit the shafts for 1964 Mooney M20C? Shafts are 3/4", as far as I know, with the bolt through. Price bites, though.

They have a sleeve insert for them that fits the 64-C Yokes, your A&P just has to drill the new holes. Also, go ahead and do the AD for the Shafts while the yokes are off to reset your 500hr clock..regarding the price, that's why I only did one side, and the price wasn't nearly as high as it is right now.

I added PTT on mine for the same reason - no vacuum….

How did you add it? Using that existing button? Don't see any wires on your photo...

See it now! You did it after leather work? Which button? Also - what will you use to cover the opening?

Thank you for answering. I do know many prefer this option, and that's what I have on mine at the moment (came from previous owner). Need to re-fresh - it's coming apart. Mulling this option too... :)

Bicycle grip is a one piece textured rubber grip.  They work great.  This looked wrapped vs. a one piece.  I would also powder coat the yokes.  These are early yokes.  The mid-yoke is more aesthetically pleaseing imo.  These yokes are on Ebay with a search.

They will need to create an adapter, I looked into it also….nice setup — verify pricing by calling them. They do not have an online store - they do it the old fashion way - kinda refreshing…

-Don

They sell the adapter, they just don't list it.

Right, when I called, they said it would need to be machined when ordered…

Anyone who used this M20C original yoke and installed PTT in place of the old PC button - what's the diameter and depth of that hole? Need that to figure which PTT will fit in it ...
