FAA Interpretation May Change Owner Assisted Maintenance (AOPA Article)

I'm just getting around to seeing the AOPA article talking about owner assisted maintenance.  For those that work with an A/P or IA that is not on the field or you call from the other side of the field, I guess that may be changing.

Thing is, this guy (Mr. Moss) works for a local FSDO!  Not saying he shouldn't have kept his mouth shut.
