I’ll be flying into Stuart this weekend and I’m looking for the most preferred FBO. I haven’t been there since 1991 when it was St. Lucie skyways and millionaire. Back then, the main runway was 11/29. Yeah, it’s been a while.

Okeechobee is the place to go for fuel. $4 difference for a 20 minute flight.

it depends on your mission and the day....I like Okeechobee and the restaurant is great but after the day and all the sun I had on the water in Stuart I just wanted to fly home....plus it's one less cycle on the plane....cycles do cost...not sure how much but on a 60 year old plane with scarce parts and no mechanics around you have to think about things a bit differently...
