7/24/23 UPDATE

Aircraft is now IFR certified for the next 24 calendar months

New KT76 transponder installed

All interior panels re-installed, October 2023.  Aircraft ready to be delivered anywhere in the continental US!

j-bar retractable gear

Rubber tanks with no leaks. 54.5 gallons capacity.

New engine mounts 

Overhauled Nose Gear (by LASAR) and new gear pucks

2 new main tubes and 2 new main tires.

Recently "repaired by Bevan Aviation" Narco Mark12D Radio.  

180 HP Lycoming engine, high compressions on all cylinders, 1 brand new cylinder installed 2 years ago.  Recent borescope inspection during 3/23 annual found no issues.

All logs since new (Aircraft, Engine, and Prop)

New compass mount

Two cupholders 

New Skytek starter

New alternator & voltage regulator

New rollers on both front seats

Yoke Mount for any iPad size.  Passenger side has a mount as well for a phone or smaller ipad. 

3 cigarette plug chargers for ipad/iphone/adsb in/stratus/stratus.  1 in panel, 2 in back seat side panel for ADSB-in/Stratux. 

Johnson Bar manual retractible gear

Custom interior Reflectix window shades for all 5 windows.

EGT and CHT probes & Electronics International display for each including OAT setting - with all new wiring 3/23

Electronics International Fuel Flow and gas totalizer with electronic display

Hydraulic flaps serviced 4/23

Fine wire spark plugs, will include numerous backup plugs

Overhauled Carburetor Air Box & brand new air intake duct from LASAR (between air filter and airbox) 

Brand new fuel sump on left tank, extra sump included but not yet installed on right tank (current one works fine, just have the backup ready)

Cool scoop on pilot side window

New trim indicator plastic housing installed and correctly calibrated from Plane Plastics

New attitude gyro from Otto Avionics (Los Angeles)

New ASI (Otto Avionics)

New scat tubing and muffler wrapping

New alternator belt and bracket

New rubber baffle around doghouse/cowling between doghouse and front of cowling (Aircraft Spruce)

New brake lines (manufactured by LASAR), new brake pads, many new parts

Tons of new hardware, hoses, decals, & etc installed at last annual

New serviceable muffler with no leaks installed 2 years ago

KT76A Transponder

New ELT battery

New ADSB OUT installed on wingtip

12V battery

All AD’s complied with (with complete paperwork/history) 4/23

Battery box coated internally with acid resistant battery box paint

New Brackett air filter

New ignition switch

ALL Mooney speed mods (from lasar)

Narco DME 890

Brittain Accutrak wing leveler (inop, but all servo’s in good cond, likely a wiring/switch repair can fix)

VOR with GlideSlope 

2nd Narco radio installed with recent overhaul

Bendix KING GPS 

Brake master and wheel cylinders recently overhauled at last annual

New switch for gear warning horn

New gear/up down warning lights

flying for the airlines is why I bought my Mooney....wanted to feel like a pilot again.....

don't sell it....when your life calms down after training you will miss it...

thanks all, but i have 3 airplanes, two of which are mooneys, cant afford all the toys!

Couple questions …. Interior shows missing co-pilot seat and left hand upper side panel (insulation showing), title says all the speed mods, photos shows stock windscreen, also no mention of price…

seat and panels are all back in, panel had a crack that was repaired and entire thing repainted and reinstalled.  price is $75k.  windscreen is original i believe.  ill update to "most"

I thought that a couple of those pictures looked like the mountains around VGT. I am not at a point that I can buy my plane yet. I will definitely be buing a Mooney one day. Good luck in finding a buyer. :)

I’ve carried 3 adults in mine

im 5’10 260

cfi is 5’8’ 180

his son is also 5’8" 160

typical cruise @ key number 46 (2400 rpm 22 map) ~146 - 148 knots true @ 7000 - I have all the speed mods

so it can be done…

4800tt 1800smoh, useful load around 980 i have to double check that.

Say I'm 5'8" and my family runs "small"-- would a 4' child be able to sit in the backseat with small adults up front?

ive flown with 4 adults no problem.  im 6'2" 200 lbs.  around 145 kts

this sounds about right cruise speed wise.  is your windshield the updated one?
