Checked my lights the other day before a night flight and my rear stobe was not working. Called to get another from mooney dealer and was given a price of    $1100.00 for the stobe bulb and nav light unit. Am still in shock!

The bulb was in stock.

Got a call from Mooney and was told they had given me the wrong part number. Correct part number showed a price of about $200.   I was shocked to have gotten this call back as I didn't think this kind of customer service existed!

My hat is off to the people at MOONEY for their customer support!

Ronnie Kallies is Mooney Customer Service Manager.  He has stated that Mooney is trying to be more parts price competitive.  Definately hats off to Ronnie for upgrading to this level of customer service.
