Your just flushing oil through the front crank bearing journal. The Hartzell prop hub is a dead end, once it fills up, that’s the oil that stays there until the prop is next removed. 

I spoke with Sean at East Coast Propellor yesterday, they have switched to NYCO 3058. He said that Aeroshell 6 still lubricates adequately if the prop will hold it which he said is a crap shoot. The warranty claims using the current formulation of aeroshell 6 were numerous.
