So many words.

1.  Immediately pitch for 100- practice this with your instructor up high

2. Determine a good landing spot and commit.

If you make it back to the airport that is awesome.   on the runway is gravy. 

fly the plane.

You are not going to have time to do anything else like figuring wind/weight blah blah blah.

Archilochus   I’m going to have to disagree on the “better off by not practicing.” Turning back and using hope as a strategy is exactly what has led to the the high rate of stall/spin accidents
