Anyone know a good ferry pilot to transport a M20G I'm buying? Would be picking up in central MS and delivering to Kansas City.

Not sure of my insurance requirements for open pilot, but let's assume 500TT, 100hrs complex and 50 in type.

I have ferried two Mooneys for MSers and a 310 lately. I would be glad to do it for you. PM for details.

I recently purchased a M20G and used a guy named Donald 330 780 4948.  He is a Delta pilot with Mooney experience including a little over 10 hours in my G model recently.  I had him fly it with me from Tucson to Salt Lake City and then wrap up the rest of my 10 hour transition training the next day.  He’s a good guy.   Another option to consider.

Welcome aboard Barry!

Often pilots new to having a Mooney, or are changing models of Mooneys... pick up some level of Transition Training... let us know if you are looking for a CFI for that...

Also if you haven’t gotten insurance yet... we have a really good resource around here for that too...

Got a hangar already, or need a plane cover?  There is a discussion around here for that...   :)

There are some ferry pilots here on Mooneyspace to consider that are Mooney owners and also supporters of the group.

WOW! Man, I've been on this forum a ton pre-pre-owner, but you guys come through! I have plenty of references and leads. I really appreciate it. The plane needs some interior work, so anticipate more questions. Super glad I asked the question! Thanks for the help!
