Seth Posted November 18, 2011 Author Report Posted November 18, 2011 It is Chuck - he keeps his 414 at GAI - I'll call him and let him know of the change. And if he keeps his 414 at FDK, then it's at GAI almost EVERY DAY Quote
Seth Posted November 21, 2011 Author Report Posted November 21, 2011 Thanks to all who made it to our first lunch fly in. We had six people and five pilots. A lot of good avaition talk was shared around the lunch table. Mike flew down from Linden, NJ, with his girlfriend, Alex (not that active on this board yet, a M20C owner) and I flew up from GAI, and Chuck (also not on MooneySpace much yet) showed up in his Cessna 414 (very nice plane), and his M20J is based at FDK so we went over for a look. WE even had Jon, simply a Mooney practicing the pattern join us for lunch. Ross, John, Hank, and Paul - we missed meeting you but we look forward to the next lunch - hopefully we'll all be able to make it. Probably sometime in the late winter/early spring - or whenever we have decent weekend weather. Mike took a picture of his Mooney, my Mooney, and the Cessna-414 lined up - and I'm sure will post a pic or two in short time. Take care, -Seth Quote
John Pleisse Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Seth...thanks for organizing. It will only grow. Promise to make the next one. Quote
Hank Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Glad everyone had a good time. I hope to make the next one . . . But my tanks haven't leaked any yet! It'll be nice to put her in the hangar and not have blue spots on the floor, and no more worries about messing up my sleeves when sumping. :-) Quote
Seth Posted November 23, 2011 Author Report Posted November 23, 2011 Thank you for the pics Mike! We should have gotten your girlfriend in one of the pictures. Quote
