Anyone interested should check the serial numbers since the 1968 F's (at least the early ones) have smooth rudders built with ribs, not the die formed ones used in the later planes (which have no internal structure except the 2 skins).  My be an indication of some damage history.

Nothing wrong with damage history as long as it is fixed correctly. I emphasize Correctly. Takes some investigating. I had a 68 F with the die formed rudders. They were original to the plane. Can't recall the serial number.
