Self appraisals using the Mooney Flyer mag method could work... https://themooneyflyer.com hard to find somebody with the Detailed knowledge otherwise... What kind of signature do you require... a Mechanic? It may be possible if you supply the guidance from the self appraisal, and the mechanic verifies each part is accounted for... You would end up with a signature that isn’t yours to independently verify what you have... If you need something more specific Jimmy is the most knowledgable guy regarding aircraft current value... See if he can achieve a valuation remotely... i’m sure there is a cost for this... no idea what it would be... probably measured in hours of an expert’s time.... If you need to verify it’s state of airworthiness... that could cost it being in annual... PP thoughts only, not a mechanic, or legal guy... Best regards, -a- Quote

When you sign up for access, the information is NOT shared with anyone but you will need an email address and password to use the Locator Tool. Good luck.
