I thought this was the most beautiful Mooney Mite that I have ever seen so I asked my Dad to take a picture of it for me. Then, just as he was taking the picture, some dorky looking kid went and stood right in front of the Mite. I’ll tell you what, some people!

Photo was taken circa 1966-1967 at the West end of SMO Santa Monica Airport in California, right by the entrance of Santa Monica Flyers.
