Spinner to Flywheel mounting bolt torque

Does any one knows the torque value of. the bolts/nuts that attached the spinner bulkhead to the fly wheel?

It’ll be in the back of the engine service manual.

I can’t remember if they are -3 or -4 bolts. I want to say they are -4 bolts? 

See the below chart. -3 bolts have 3/8” heads. -4 bolts have 7/16 heads. 
 

I would use this standard torque unless you find it specifically called out.

Thanks @MB65E and @N201MKTurbo.  I wasn't sure I would find that in the prop manual or the engine manual.

Make sure you get the correct torque value.  Some installations use the thin AN364-428 nuts and require the lower “shear nut” value.

D. Spinner Adapter to Starter Ring Gear Installation CAUTION: INSTALL SPINNER ADAPTER BOLTS SO THAT THE BOLT HEADS ARE AT THE REAR OF THE STARTER RING GEAR AS INDICATED IN FIGURE 3-6. BOLTS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY MAY DAMAGE ENGINE COMPONENTS. (1) See Figure 3-6. Install the spinner adapter ring to the starter ring gear using the hardware supplied by the airframe manufacturer. Torque the bolts as specified by the airframe manufacturer.

 

So, according to Hartzell, it is a Mooney torque spec.
