Looking for CFI and Mooney M20C for instruction

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I am purchasing a m20c and looking for a M20C to rent and receive some dual instruction. I’m located in Grants Pass Oregon, but can go elsewhere-west coast or southwest depending on availability and logistics. 
I am a low time pilot (81hrs-no retract but some CS time)  and 42 years old.I had set up a CFi to fly my plane home with me once annual is complete, but had to cancel plans multiple times due to scheduling and certification tests. Now I feel I am burdening him with making plans and changing them. 
Plan is to compete 5-10 hrs dual and then some 5-10 hrs solo once I purchase the plane and have another pilot fly home with me. (Buddy pilot is not CFI but 500+ hrs and lots of local knowledge)

Johnson bar or electric gear? Makes a difference. Mooneys up to an F will do. I have a B took my training in an F rental at Fort Worth Meachem here in Texas. Zulu Aviation and Michael is a great instructor.

@Zulu Aviation has been helpful for people getting their first Mooney air time...

They are trying to be a full service kind of airplane and training for Mooniacs...
