A new TailBeaconX announced, Mode S ES Satellite Based

Ok, now there is a new Tailbeacon, This one will be Satellite Based and will be a Mode S ES transponder. This could also explain why the AV30 is taking a little longer to get certified

This looks awesome. And given that Canada is currently on track to mandate satellite based ADS-B, this could be a rare instance in which a better, cheaper solution is on the horizon for those of us flying the Great White North.

But there is still the whole bit about installing in our narrow rudder, and rebalancing afterwards . . . . .

And why the RIGHT side SkyBeacon light and strobe are no where to be seen.
