On our return flight to VAY this morning while over the water abeam KWWD we heard a Navion had just departed KOBI and going direct KVAY. I said to my son and copilot, we are going to enjoy this! We flew the entire flt plan, only rounding the corner at CYN, and the full  GPS 26 approach with the PT. We landed just when the Navion called 3 miles out with intentions to enter on a 45 for rt dw 26!

I liked to see the inversion race between Dan’s Bravo and Clarence’s Comanche. You both top off and see who can fly the furthest.

At high cruise power settings, not down at Carson's Speed . . . .

No need to reduce to Carson’s Airspeed, it does just fine at normal power.
