Its a great view for sure.  You should check out the Hudson River flight down to NYC.  Great view of the freedom tower.

To adjust the gear up buzzer... there is a thread around here for that including pics.

Throttle setting, plus gear up light... the throttle setting is adjustable.  The switch slides...

Short final was quite a bump.

Funny you mention that. I actually just adjusted the landing gear buzzer.  Thank you for the thoughts.
