I was a late starter, never catch you on either. Just 19 and 12 years; she swears she never knew I was interested in flying until I signed up for lessons, but she supported me all the way.

After buying the Mooney, the guy I bought it from asked if we had any questions. Her only comment the whole time:  "Can I see the plane?" That was her first glimpse of it . . . . She's a keeper!!
