kerry
I started my cruise at 10,500 with my heater on. As soon as I closed my cowl flaps I could feel quite a bit of cool air venting under the left side of my instrument panel. Same thing happened on my return flight home. This has never happened before. This weekend I'll take my engine cowling off and inspect. I thought I'd ask the forum any thoughts prior to my inspection. N201MKTurbo
Check how well the two metal plates that run along the side of the nose wheel are sealed. They can get gaps in them that allow air into the space under the floor. This air can easily find its way into the cabin. You can seal it with RTV or aluminum tape.
