I assume you refer to an EASA STC...?


If you can find an approved installation somewhere in the EU before 2003 (EASA rules implemented) it is approved...A lot of German M20J's around ....if you go on the LBA (Luftfahrt Bundes Amt) site you will find it..surely

I believe that the FAA and the Italian Civil Aviation authority have reciprocity.  If you mount the unit in the center console, I think this flight manual supp and appendix B of the installation manual will cover you
