I have a mooney rocket and one of the engine mounts has failed (cracked). The Barrymount part number 94030-01 is not strong enough and the 94030-04 has been discontinued. Does anyone know what engine mount is now acceptable. I have tried rocket engineering but without any real success.

Welcome to Mooney space Rob. You might call Dan at LASAR on Monday 707 263 0412 he has an incredible knowledge on Mooney parts applications also they have quite an inventory. I'm sure there will be plenty of suggestions from others here with more experience than me. Good luck to you

You might give Dwight Conrad himself a call at Rocket Engineering. He designed the Rocket to begin with and has more knowledge than anyone else. 509-535-4401

Thanks. I spoke to Tim & Doug at Rocket and they are seeing if they can get Barrymount to make any more -04s which I understand are stronger.
