I have an M20E, with a full 201 conversion (A3B6D and cowling). I recently majored the engine, prop, and replaced the motor mounts and I'm still experiencing a very high frequency vibration in both the rudder pedals and yokes. Is this normal? Would dynamically balancing my prop help?

If you didn't have a vibration before, I would also make sure the mechanic verifies everything is still snugged down as required.

My prop was not balanced correctly after overhaul.  Dynamically balancing it 70 hours later made a HUGE difference.  Should have done it after only a few hours.

Dynamic prop balancing will make your plane noticably smoother in almost any case.  The only time it won't is if I just balanced it and you take it somewhere else to get it rebalanced, making it worse ;)
