That's a little high to be fair and will probably come down when they have used the batch.  Currently the cheapest in the region as at Goodwood at $8.52

Lts get crazy and show O'Hare! KORD - $9.17!

HOLY! Gas cap Batman!!

Boston Logan is holding Boston strong at $9.30.  They have not budged or reacted to change of fuel prices one inch.

Meanwhile this morning I got a fill up at KSLK for $4.28/gal - it changed this morning - I thought it was going to be $4.98.  Nice surprise!  My homefield is $6.28 just 12 minutes away.  So I fly to KSLK for free now.  Meanwhile, at $2/gal difference....our small rural airport only changes prices when the tank empties - but its not emptying as no one seems to be buying our fuel as it is so price uncompetitive now. Argh!  I bet when we do get a new tank - since we usually price competitively, we jump straight from $6.28 to something below $4.

The U.S. Dollar is getting stronger compared to other currencies.

Gasoline price is related to North Sea oil for some reason...

This compounds the pricing challenge.

Excess supply is better than a shortage of demand. Both have the same effect on price.

We paid $5.07 at the home drone tonight, but I talked to the manager and he said next shipment he is expecting to cut the price somewheres around the $3.20 mark (This is 24J in north FL if anyone is wondering)

One wouldn't think of Southern California as having low avgas prices but it does. I regularly fly to Chino (about 15 minutes from the home drone) to fill up at $3.89 a gallon and they'll even knock off 10 cents a gallon if you pay in cash. Needless to say as the CB I am, I always carry a fistful of dollars when I gas up the plane.
