I just sent out an oil sample for spectral analysis and thought to pass along information on the lab I've been using for years.

The laboratory is called Petroleum Products Monitoring located in Athens, GA.

Standard oil analysis is $8.00 plus an additional $2.00 if you request a TAN.

They'll call you immediately if they find a problem. They mail the report to you and email it also.

The report is very detailed and contains historical trends.

I've been using them for years and am extremely satisfied. Thankfully they've never had to call me!
