Ok.. got the electric seal installed, love the seal itself, cockpit noise down more than 150%, but with that, now my instrument gauges dont light up, even though the dimmer switch still controls some of the other lights on the panel. theres obviously some wiring issue as the circuit breaker to the seal also trips occasionally, and my mechanic is looking at it today. Also, something I didnt think about beforehand, that the light that normally comes on in flight intermittently when it is inflating in flight is somewhat distracting to passengers. Hoping to get this all resolved in the next few weeks, but if not, may have to go from electric, to pump it up version which would be an educational waste of $, but simpler. (Fingers crossed that all will be well)

Thanks for the update John. Hopefully they can resolve the issues. Hearing your challenges, I'm glad that I have the manual version.
