    If you want to upgrade, that's cool. If you want to save a few bucks and put the upgrade off you might soak the transducer in carb cleaner over night. Sometimes the wheel gets gummed up. It's a cheap temp fix if it helps.

    If it was reading ambient assuming he takes off at 30some inches of mp it would be reading much lower on the ground. Wouldn't it exhibit symptoms on the ground also? Have you checked your boost pumps on the ground to ensure they function?

    Lots of parking left in McCall ID kmyl today. Actually wasn't that busy, I was surprised. The zlc controller on the way in was hoppin though.

    I would at 200 just because they're fun to mess with but the people that want one pre-assembled are the ones that want support. Ain't nobody got time for that.

    You can find your mode s code on the faa registration page for your airplane. Just Google your n number.

    I thought about selling these for about 200, but came to the realization that I can't support 30 devices in the field. Especially at zero profit I highly recommend the ping efb receiver. It's a bit more expensive but the reception is much better.

    I wear mine on that side. the boom unscrews and changes sides. It's also how I know mine from my wife's so my phone is paired with mine and not the one she's wearing I'm so used to the boom on the right it's one of the reasons I sold my halos. Can't switch sides.
