Labor Day in Central Texas

It was nice to hear all the Mooneys on the radio in central Texas today.  Wonderful day for flying around.

We also heard lots of Mooneys on the radio on Monday, that was really cool!

What was disappointing was the number of closed airport restaurants when we called around.

I was shooting approaches north of Houston and heard a few Mooneys too.  As many Mooneys as we have in the area I am surprised we don't have more get-togethers like the west coast, NE coast, and Florida.
