Has anybody ever done business with these folks?  I don't want to go into my experience yet but was wondering what kind of success others have had?

I had very good service from them when I had my plane painted several years ago.

My personal experience was average. I was working on a small project with them. They promised a delivery date which came and went several times. I felt like their priorities were elsewhere. I would understand if they informed me upfront that they were busy or for whatever reason they couldn't deliver. But I can't understand why make empty promises they knew they couldn't keep. Finally they did get it done but dragged on forever.

I have 3 of their decals on my plane. They dont do so well responding to emails, but they answer the phone in the second ring. Their quality on the wingtip "201" decals, the emergency crank placard, and nose gear limits is top notch.

Yes, excellent service. I needed to replace just a few placards when I first got my plane in order for the IA to pass the annual. I ordered up just what I needed and they arrived promptly.  The stick-on mylar sheet works well if you have to put them on metal or smooth plastic. In my case, I needed a few to go on some tweed interior so I purchased some thin arts-crafts sheet metal at a Michael's store and stuck the placards on that, then glued the whole shebang to the tweed and it's held great.
