Panel eyeball vents

On this photo I found, there is an eyeball vent in the upper left of the panel. Does anyone know what kind they are, or where I could find them? I am getting a custom panel cut and want to install one on each side for the front seats. 

The photo is from a for sale listing. I emailed the seller but got no response…

Spruce sells some generics... should be easy to find.  You can likely take some ram air off the plenum for the knee vent to feed it too with a small duct.  You can likely find aluminum ones too for more money, either new or salvage.  It looks like a good idea to me.

Keep in mind if you divide up the air and send it to too many places, you may end up with several inefficient vents.
