oh wow, ok that's horrible. Sorry.

I did receive your text, but as I told you, I live out past good cell phone coverage and am on Starlink, so cell service is questionable at best.

I've posted the invoice, and for others, I've provided the full details, but you simply ask straight away, "How about $3500" which is understandable, but seems sketchy to me.
Fair enough, that it's an open forum, so you can say anything you want, but just because you don't know me, doesn't make me fishy at all.
Nothing I could do would prove anything for you anyway, so I'm not sure how we would do business unless you flew here or I flew there in any case.

Wish the brokerage had worked, but it didn't, unfortunately, because I used my corporate registration and the brokerage never stopped asking for more and more documentation, which as some point made me just give up.
My mistake, i should have simply made a personal account.

Lesson learned.

My hope, is that there is someone located in the Southeast who i interested and for whom this is an easy transaction (and a great deal) at $4500.

How about a picture of all that stuff?

You bet!

It's a little informal (laid out on breakfast nook table), but shows everything included.

Is this what mooneyspace has come to?

People desparaging fellow members?

Perhaps I shouldn't post my plane for sale here, either (which I'm about to do as well) if the members have become so rude.
I'm mildly offended, but more irritated than anything, Patrick.

Sorry about that! It's just that you haven't sold this unit and it's been since 2023!!!!! And now you are requiring ASAP transaction and a direct wire and off no other forms of payment that benefits the buyer. There are so many scams happening lately, I always lean on the side of caution.

Thank you for your apology, I appreciate it.

Yes! This is mainly my fault, of course. I didn't pay close attention and missed a number of serious parties (who mainly contacted me via DM).
For whatever reason MS didn't send me all notifications, but I still didn't check back in frequently enough.

Once I realized my mistake, I have kept this tab open and check back in regularly now as I'm tired of having this thing!

Thanks
