N201MKTurbo Posted September 27, 2023 Report Share Posted September 27, 2023 I have sent two to LASAR over the years. I’m not sure they are still doing weld repairs. But anybody can fix it per 43.13-1B. It has extensive guidance on how to make weld repairs to steel tube structures. If your A&P isn’t a welder, he can supervise a real welder. Also, depending on where it cracked, there are service bulletins addressing engine mount cracks, with guidance for adding gussets to the mount. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
