A Prepurchase Inspection List

The plane is located in Longview so Maxwell would be the obvious choice. But the seller has moved from SanAntonio to Longview. Should I be concerned about a conflict of interest with the seller and Maxwell on the same field? Maybe just overthinking things. 

This will be my first Mooney ( E model )

I don't think it'd be a concern if the airplane just moved there.   Regardless, I'd still trust Maxwells with a pre-buy.

Dugosh in Kerrville does really good work as well, I should have waited the 3 weeks for them to do mine instead of getting someone else to do it sooner. I've found a few things that should have been caught, actually Dugosh found them for me while fixing other issues.
