Looking to rent space for a single engine in the greater Phoenix area.  Ideally KCHD but can't be choosy in this market.

There are a few at Glendale, think a small T hanger was $330 a month.

Space is sparse and waiting lists are long all over the Phoenix area.   Subletting seems to be the primary way to get into something, which has to be done on the sly at most fields.

If you just need a tie-down spot, those aren't hard to get.   If you need a shelter or hangar, it's much more difficult.
