I’m trying to fix up the interior of my ‘64 E and can’t find the plastics that sit on the floor between the seats. Does anyone know a place that may sell them?

Did you check Vantage Plane Plastics?  Suggest calling them (or emailing them your photo) if you don't see it on their web site.  The web site is difficult to use.  Sometimes they have parts that haven't gone through the entire approval process too.  They can sell those if you send in your original parts for matching.  BTW, on my '67F, I think I have carpet in that location; could be an alternative; plastic would be nice though.

I made my own plastic panel to go around my Johnson bar out of abs sheet I bought off Amazon.  Those arent particularly difficult shapes to reproduce.   That could be an option.

Recommend you scrap that plastic, and go with new carpets from airtex, they come with pieces for that middle part.  Make sure you specify that you need the ones for the johnson bar.  I just did that in mine and it looks miles better than that nasty plastic.

I did this from Aluminum.  There are 6 screws holding it to the floor.  The J bar boot is new (made myself) and works perfectly.  It took along time to figure that one out as it needs to be below the floor at all times so it does no get in the way.   The leather can only be about 0.040" thick.

There is only about 0.040" of an inch clearance between the aft cut-out in the aluminum and the J bar, which is why the circular area in the opening is present.

Lots of fussing. trial and error.

When I was at Bruce Jeagar’s shop, we took some thin rubber material and screwed it to the floor in existing holes. It’s a great simple solution. It’s super low profile and easy to clean. You can cut it to fit.
