Not sure, but it looks like it could be the Mooney wire #, if so you’ll be able to find it in your schematic. I’d start there.

Looking at it on my computer it looks like a coax, probably from an antenna.  If that's a mooney label I'd guess for Com1.

 

Cut it in half and see what stops working. (not real advice)

I vote a left index finger. ... by the lack of callouses on the sides, I'd say the owner does some IT related work. Appears to be touching some kind of shielded wire. 

Seriously, maybe 20com-1a= M20 Communication Cable type 1A?

The whole thing is labelled "POS", so that should tell us something.

One of the other labels says "CIA" so....
