Hank Posted August 11, 2019 Report Posted August 11, 2019 I thought the belly pans were one-piece. Mine is, but it's a short-body. Shouldn't be but about a foot's difference, maybe 18". Quote

Jerry Pressley Posted August 13, 2019 Author Report Posted August 13, 2019 sorry i sent the fuselage to Australia and it is very possible there was one. strangest thing. the fuselage was on a trailer going down I-40 by Oklahoma city and the faa inspectors from Dallas area pulled him over and tore the data plate off he side of it. Never heard of that before or since and been doing thirty 50 years Quote

Theres a guy based at KLQK in Pickens, SC who had two Porsche Mooneys and is somehow connected to the museum and other Porsche Mooneys. I don’t have his contact info, but I’m sure a call to the shop on the field could find him. Quote
