So my fuse was blown and the back seat interior lights work great. The bad news is I have absolutely nothing up front. I have tried swapping bulbs and nothing .... am I missing a fuse or could it be the switch ... any Info would be greatly appreciated

So you have a digital multimeter? I’d use that to test in lieu of installing bulbs.

Do you want to know how all Mooneys are wired, or would you like to only know about the one you have...?

Cause I’m having difficulty figuring out which one you got... :)

I’ve been known to stay up all night discussing Mooney details...
