customer needs the 4 sending units from an F or J or K .  anyone know if inboard ones are same as c or e?  how much trouble and expense to substitute electronic ones?

I believe, You need to send the engine monitor back to the manufacturer and have reconfigured if you go with electronic ones.

Jerry, if your customer wants to do it right the CiES is the way to go. I think senders are about $350 ea. They can be analog or digital. JPI gets another $350(?) to convert their EDM to digital input which includes a new cable.

For a J (4 senders), its $1700 plus installation of course. I estimate $2500 all in.

I believe Cies is the way to go, but if they insist on using old technology, I the 4 senders we removed from our J when we installed Cies.  If he wants them, make me an offer.

Scott Philliben, President of CIES has once again donated a set of their digital sending units  to the Mooney Summit for our raffle. Thanks Scott!  CIES is getting quite a following here, as you should. You make a great product!
