request: special status for those no longer with us

I notice Houman as original OP in another thread appears as normal, maybe we should add a new status, in both remembrance and so new members are aware.

I noticed this today as well. Shouldn't be hard to add a black banner, or change status above the avatar.

Creates a new user group and add them, it should be very easy.
