Photo Gallery problem

I press the browse button so I can select pictures and I get nothing! I would like to upload some of my pictures.

Can anyone help me figure out how to make this work?  I am using a PC with Windows XP and Explorer.

Are your photos in a .jpg format?

Check to make sure you know what directory your photos are in....

I have same set-up  PC, XP and Explorer.

I don't even have the option of selecting anything.  I press the browse button and nothing happens.  All of my pictures are in jpg format.  It's as thought the browse button hasn't been mapped.
