Has anyone done business with Pristine Aircraft?  I'm putting together a long term Mooney Upgrade plan and I was hoping someone on the boards had first hand dealings with them and wouldn't mind passing along their thoughts.  PM or email if you'd perfer...thx

They may do excellent work, but I'm always skeptical of a company that puts those annoying, automatic full-sound videos on their home page.  How do they expect us to surf their site when we're supposed to be working!

I was hoping someone who actually had them do a build or bought an airplane from then was lurking on the boards...I'd like to get first hand info before writing them a "big" check.

If you haven't done so already, I would suggest posting on the AOPA board too. Casts a much wider net.

I have personally meet with Matt, @ Pristine twice, They run a top notch shop.  They will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done exactly as discussed.  The first time I meet with them I didn't have my PP license yet so purchasing something was out of the question.  The second I visited them it was to look at a 231, which was very nice, but owning my own business and the down turn of 09, I held off on purchasing.  I just purchase a 201 to rebuild and would have Matt and his crew work on it without question.

Thanks...That's what I was looking for.  I plan on visiting soon to check out there organization myself, but so far everything I've heard has been positive and there hasn't been anyone saying anything to the contrary.

What are you planning on having them do to your plane??  Would be interested in knowing how there pricing compares to other shops.

They have some excellent looking planes.  The broker I bought my Mooney from knows them.  They move a lot of aircraft.  It seems that most of the planes they sell are high time airframes but the finishing work is beautiful.
