Saw this last night on EBay. I mentioned the ad was well done. The Buy Now price was very tempting. I see the Buy Now is gone now, but nice job on the ad.

Thanks! I checked the eBay help pages and learned that most categories remove the Buy It Now after the first bid.  In some categories like eBay Motors (this auction), cell phones, and clothes, the option is removed after the bidding gets above 50% of the Buy It Now price.   Seems totally random that those categories have a different process.
