Marauder Posted July 4, 2015 Report Posted July 4, 2015 A little less hair and a lot less weight. No more sidewalk cracking for me! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 4 Quote
Andy95W Posted July 5, 2015 Report Posted July 5, 2015 Congratulations and great job. Very impressive before and after pictures, although I still don't agree with your taste in women. Quote
carusoam Posted July 6, 2015 Report Posted July 6, 2015 The paint ont that F is not familiar either, is it? I thought it had 70’s Brownish reddish stripes over beige? What did I miss? Something has changed, -a- Quote

Something has changed, -a- That's Jack Merritt's Mooney. I did a Puppy rescue with him on Saturday. And BTW, I thought your memory was improving! Brownish, reddish strips over beige! Guess I better get over to Princeton to visit again. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2 Quote
carusoam Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 Funny how somethings stick in the memory. That memory was from the Flying W drive/fly-in. Memory retrieval is the other challenge... I thought you may have painted your plane. I'm pretty sure I would remember that. Whoever knew memory is a two step process. 1) put it into memory. Good sleep helps... 2) retrieve it back out of memory. Try again another time if you know it's in there... As we age we get to share some nifty details about life... 1 Quote

Best regards, -a- Well, if I get around to painting my plane, I will make sure you are actively involved in both color selection and scheme! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote
Marauder Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 That way if it turns out badly, I will constantly remind you of your involvement in the process! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote
MyNameIsNobody Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 That is a truly awesome transformation. I thought you were joking when you posted before. Congratulations. You just gave yourself years of life on your airframe. Like our old Mooney's with a lot of work and TLC transformations that show the beauty that lies within are there...Where there is will there is a way. It is better to look good AND feel good. And darling...YOU LOOK MARVELOUS! 1 Quote
carusoam Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 We need to get that process started...! Fire up the pants man pole machine. Crowd decision making is better, than what I can supply. Get some scheme designs going. Another pantsman pole. I already have some good NJ paint shop experience. Compare to Alan's ship's painter... I know how to get the large window done for the back seaters. George had his F done in NJ prior to his Japan experience. Would you prefer premium or super premium for your Mooney, sir? Quote
