Give Erik at McKee Aviation in San Marcos a call.  His is able to do anything you would need whether it be installation or repair.

Brian Kendrick is also working out of that same shop (former Mooney Factory Service Manager).

Where in Texas to do you live?  There's a great shop in Conroe as well as several in the DFW area

I have used Avionics Unlimited  in Conroe TX to fix my Narco AT150 transponder that had very rare and unusual tray alignment problem. I think the guys name was John he knew exactly what the the problem and was able to fix another problem with pre-amp. Cost less the $100  to fix  it and they  bench tested and yellow tagged for me. it was sent back to me reasonably quick. I thought it was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again even know I am up in the Northwest.

You may  want call them first I tried googling  them and google  came up with goofy  results at least on first page.

Plane lives in San Antonio but I am open to Houston or Central Texas. Looking to do a complete panel rework.

+1  Crystal Avionics has a LOT of Mooney experience, and can do the job right.  They did my new panel, and I was very pleased.  John Miller is a good guy to work with.
